 At Muddy Moose, we know your dog has places to be, mud to roll in, and squirrels to harass — no time to sit around waiting for a package. That’s why we hustle to get your order out the door fast and make returns so easy even a golden retriever could figure it out. 

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
   
• We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
   

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
   
• Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to weather delays beyond our control.
   

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
   
• We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (U.S. only).
   

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund (minus shipping costs).
   
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
   

1. Email us at info@muddymoosedog.com with your order number and reason for return.
    
2. We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions.
    
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method (minus shipping fees) within 5–7 business days.
   
    

 If your order shows up looking like it wrestled a pack of coyotes or we somehow sent you a tutu instead of dog shampoo, shoot us an email at info@muddymoosedog.com within 7 days. We’ll fix it at no cost to you.  Believe it or not, we do know how to pack a box.
